Well...I am in need of an "airline friendly" knife and I am really leaning towards one of these two. In ya'lls experience, which is more desireable as a a "dress knife" and an "airline knife" for use while flying (security, etc.)?

Thanks for the input...

Both are good. The Co-pilot has a better handle IMHO but the Cricket is a liner lock which can be good if you happen to be passing through an airport that is hard on "lockbacks."

I have both, and I favour the Cricket. The blade shape is more useful, and the linerlock is better than the lockback.
If you choose a plain edge lightweight (Zytel) Cricket, you will never be bothered at airports, since the metal detectors never catch it if you have nothing else metallic in your pockets. The same thing happens if you toss it in a carry-on handbag and send it through the x-rays: it is very small and with its strange shape, so it does not look like a knife.
It is legal to carry, anyway, you just avoid the two minutes of examining and explaining.
Anyway, it is legal
