I'd just like to publicly declare my undying love for Susan Powell at Spyderco Customer Relations.
I bought a Spyderench from a shop over here that didn't have the manual, and Susan managed to get one across the Atlantic to me in TWO DAYS which is less time than it takes mail to get across London.
This is why I keep coming back for more.
