Mine are all E4's, except for one red serrated E1.

In my humble opinion, in the evolution of lockback styles, the 'mid-back-lock' is the best iteration of the design. I love my old U.S. Schrade LB's, and my Buck 110 types, and all the others I've got. But - like you - if I had to pick one style or type for liflelong carry, it would probably be a Spyderco E4 with a SpyderEdge.

Nice collection. Spydie lockbacks are great. I am gonna pick up another one in a couple weeks.

I didnt realize, that I have so many already...
They do make some of the best knives in the industry, in my oppinion.

I too love Spydie lockbacks. They are well made and very nice to carry. Hard to beat for an EDC.

I've got a couple of delicas from the early 90's, and an atlantic salt, both are excellent

Spyderco's lockbacks are the best. I wish they made more of the thick Chinook and old Manix-style lockback. It's a shame they switched to the CBBL in the Manix 2.
