SpydieChef jimping?

Please redirect me to the right forum if this one is the wrong location.

I am hoping to find an experienced person or outfit to add jimping to the rear portion of my SpydieChef blade. I have seen Chefs modified in this way online, but haven't been able to track down who does this kind of work.
