Thanks for looking,

Nothing critical here. I think this knife looks great. I really like your interpretation of a flipper. Well done.

Fantastic! Although it looks "naked" without a thumbstud.

I agree with the naked part, but I couldn't see putting something there that would rarely if ever get utilized.

Thanks for the look,
Lee

The flipper looks a bit small to me, does it work well?
Also, I really like your knife, the 2 two humps for finger placement seems like a great idea, BUT I can't stand Bead Blasted blades.

The flipper is quite sufficient. Gets the blade open in a hurry without having to flip your wrist, or you can tease it open. All without having to put any appendages beyond the bolster. As for the bead blast, well it's not my favorite either, I prefer a nice hand rub. This is a tactical so a non reflective matte finish was in order.

Thanks all for the feedback,
Lee

I really like that piece. Very clean and crisp looking to my eye.

The absence of the TS doesn't bother me (personally).., but I think it might be a good idea marketing wise. I'm actually getting used to silver G10 :) ~~> which I thought would never happen...

Very well done, thanks for the picture...

wow, that's amazing!

i'm not really sure what to say. classy? elegant? stylish?
it's just very appealling, though i'm not 100% sure why.

I'm really digging the design.

One of the things I dislike about most flipper designs is the lack of a stop pin, using thumb studs to replace the pin doesn't appeal to me for a number of reasons. (and in my experience has proven to be a challenge for most makers to get right)

I also can see how this would be much easier to flip the blade on because rather than pushing up on the blade you would be more flinging it off of the pivot pin using it more as a lever than a pivot... (I know, I'm not doing a good job describing what I'm saying, so I'll shut up)

Either way, excellent design and a very cool look! Can we see clip side and lock engagement?

E-mail me details about possibly getting one as well.

Overall design is above average. The only thing that I thought was slightly out of place is the right angle corner near the bolster.

Can it be less angular?
