Finally got a couple finished and shipped. Specs are in the pic, BTW the pic is the certificate my wife does up for every knife I send out the door.

Thanks for looking,
Lee

My website is jlwilliamsknives.com It is still under construction not very up to date.

Thanks for your interest,

I like the looks of this knife. A question though; is there a utilitarian purpose for the cutout on the bolster or is it for aesthetics only?

Hey Keith,

I believe that's where one would engage the "rhino flipper", I'm guessing that the knife tang protrudes from that point when in the closed position. Once again, this is only a guess. If this is how it does work, it's pretty clever!

Yes, the cut-out is where you engage the flipper (blade tang). I'll replace this pic with a much more detailed one as soon as my wife gets done with it.

Thanks for looking,
Lee

I like it alot, nice and big.:) What thickness of liners are you using? Thanks.

It should probably have been added to the certificate, but wasn't. The frame is .096 thick and the blade is .180 thick. Hope this helps.

Thanks,
Lee
