Check out what's up for sale on Sunday. Best to grab whatever SR-101 your heart desires, I'm sure it will be a madhouse!

Thank goodness my wallet is safe. I think I had already stocked up enough of those models.

If they had been variants…. Yikes.

Any word on Part 2?
I’m still in a search for a Mega Ratweiler. They were removed from the website the week I was going to purchase…I’ll never forgive myself.

You missed Part 2-4 I believe and these are long gone, IMO. The ones that have made the comeback have been more recent models only.

I'll also add this as it may soften the blow a bit...

I had one of these and it was an absolute monster (in a bad way) that I thought felt as though I was holding a small boat anchor. I have never been fond of the Ratweiler handle design in general either and it didn't change much on this model even with all the rounding... still felt off for me. I've tried to like it over the years in many configurations but it just seems like a poor design to me though I understand the concept behind it. I'm sure this is a great knife for splitting wood but I did not see it being a great chopper either because there was just so much mass in the handle relative to the blade (which was basically a very deep hollow grind that removes a lot of steel).

I appreciate that. I have a 1/4in Ratweiler and have made it a safe queen in case I can sell it for a Mega. I bet it is rather heavy though. The Mega Ratweiler, Rodent Solution, and SYKCO 711 always seem to elude me. It’s been an off-type couple of years.
