New from SR Johnson, "Custom" Fighter with ATS-34 Slotted Blade, and a touch of filework on the spine. The Handles are top quality stag. Blade Length is about 51/4" to the Handle and about 93/8" oal. A very different Johnson.

Wow! I'd dare call it Hibben-esque!

(The blade reminds me a bit of Hibben's Rambo III knife.)

Very different Johnson indeed. (Nice pic, btw)

Good Eye. The inspiration for the knife was from the Hibben design.

I never thought I would say that I don't like the looks of an S.R. Johnson knife, but I don't like the way this knife looks. Other than the stag handle, the first thing I thought of when I saw this knife was United Cutlery.

The handle to ricasso profile also reminds me of a Spyderco Chinook. Anyone else see that?

You sure that' not a fake... It is the least elegant SR I have seen if it is real. Still worth something I'm sure but it looks like a drunken photoshop binge.

I find it hard to believe Johnson made it. Its not his style or attention to detail. What gives?

I figured there wouldn't be many middle of the road opinions on it. It's either a love or a hate:D .
It's definitely legit as it came directly from SR. Part of the problem is my photo,,even my wife said it wasn't at all flattering. Fit and finish are exactly what you'd expect.

Phillip:)

In that case I hope I didnt offend you. It may be one of those knives you have to see to appreciate. Thanks for sharing.

Phillip I clicked on your selling website. Is it yours? I could spend hours there mostly dreaming. Thousands of guns and knives!! Oh Yeah!!
