SR pivot tool replacement?

I have an SR2 that I sold, but realized just now that it came to me without the pivot/pocket clip tool.
I'd already told the buyer it was included, so I feel bad having to tell him I was wrong.
I've looked around and can't seem to find whether these are available to buy separately.
Can these be bought separately anywhere?
 
You can get them from Lionsteel. Check with them to see how much. I have bought wrenches, and kits with washers, rotoblock and glassbreakers, but don't remember how much. I don't know of any other place that sells them.

Hmm... I wonder if I could get a set of bronze HEST washers directly from them?
I've tried to request some from DPX before with no luck.
