While it is unlikely that it wili be on the SR site to order, you may be able to call/email Garth and get one done though the Custom Shop.

I can do some asking around but you would probably have better luck emailing Swamp Rat. They have their own custom crew now and I don't see those guys much. They would atleast be able to tell you if they have a blank to make something up for you.
