the cricket is a great knife but the stop pin audibly rattles when the knife blade is in an intermediate position between fully open and fully closed. it appears that the torx screw is not fully tight but it wont seat any farther and it wont back out either. this allows the pin to move laterally in its hole and if i keep messing around its just gonna strip the threads. i will send it back to spyderco and i am sure it'll be repaired.

the question is does anybody know the turnaroud time on a repair? its a waaay better knife/money-clip than my benchmade 335 "big spender" and i dont wanna carry that pos long in the cricket's absence. thanks for your responses.

Since you didn't post where you're located, I can't say for sure about the return delivery time to you. For me, I've sent in a few Spydies for sharpening, and the return time from the moment of shipment until I received them back was a little over a week.
