I was out and about today and bought a Schrade knife that I have not seen before. It comes in a black box that said: "Schrade Stainless" on the front in silver letters.
The knife is just a hair over 2 1/2 inches long. The main blade is 1 1/2 inches and the small blade is 1 inch long. The body of the knife is stainless steel. The knife is nice and thin, about 1/4 inch. It would carry nicely in the pocket of a pair of slacks or suit pants.
I have seen similar knives that are referred to as Gentleman's Knives.

I have checked my 1999 catalog and my 2004 price list, but find no mention of this knife. Does anyone have any info on this little beauty? I would love to know the dates of manufacture and what they listed for if possible.

Thanks,
Dale

Thanks Irv!

Wow! A wealth of info there! I love this forum. :)

Thanks again,
Dale

It is a cool knife, isn't it? I've developed a liking for "gent's knives" and have been collecting some, all Schrade products. My little forum knife project was fun, very rewarding-- something tangible to tie us together. The knives went to three countries, several states, a total of 29. This isssue is complete, and over. The fat lady has sung.

And this is a great forum, isn't it? Welcome to the fold, Dale. Doesn't matter that your knife is not engraved, you're one of Uncle Henry's lost souls for sure.

Only one problem with it... I can't bring myself to EDC it! I have it promenantly displayed with the BF-SKCF-GCRE card in a curio cabinet just above my computer. I'll have to get a user like it eventually, of course.
