If you think of it that way, if we all acted appropriately, we would put Mike out of work. So I guess we are doing him a favour.

Mike you really do a great job of moderationg this forum. Not only are you fair and consistent but you also are great guy with a lot of knowledge to share. Even if I am probably the reason you have so much work. Seriously, you are a great individual and a great moderator.
