I have an ST-56 that has a contoured ("hand-shaped" I think it's called) handle piece on one side and a flat handle piece on the other. When I'm looking down at the knife spine the contoured piece is on the right and the flat piece on the left, respectively.

I know, this thread is worthless without pics. But my camera is broken and I just want to know if this is abnormal or if all ST-56s came this way.

Thanks!

Yeah I think those are called Asymmetrical Handles or something like that. I remember seeing other knives with that handle configuration. I just can't seem to remember exactly which model. SFNO??

Two knives came that way, both Mil. Overruns....the ST-56 and the Mudrazor. They're sweet handles...sweet knives! :D Hang on to it!

Yep Mudrazor! That was the one. Where the heck did I get SFNO from :o At least they are roughly the same size LOL!

Thanks guys, for a minute there I thought I had some weird freak knife on my hands. Not that it would be a bad thing....

Moloko - Just so it doesn't get confusing, when "hand shaped" is used to refer to Busses, most of the time they mean a grip that looks like this...
