Stabilized Mammoth How Stable?

I'm thinking about having some slabs and a chunk stabilized. I would
like to hear from a few guys with experience. Does the stabilizing take
well? How stable is it after it is done?
 
I sent some chalky North Sea stuff off to WSSI and it came back hard and heavy. Haven't used it yet but seems to be a huge improvement.
 
Thanks for your input. I'm going to try it. Any preference between
WSSI and K&G or are they pretty much comparable?
 
I've always heard good stuff about WSSI and that's where I sent mine. I was satisfied with all aspects of the transaction. I've done a lot of other business with K&G and they are good folks. WSSI is an Iowa business, and we can use all the revenue we can get! :D
 
I've used both K&G and WSSI. Both are good and I can't tell the difference in the results. I've done most of mine with WSSI because it worked out that way.
