I follow mad scientist knife scales on Instagram, and I cant seem to figure out how he does his stabilizing, I know the process takes him a month at minimum, but he gets so much color in the blocks, he commented on the post I tagged and said some interesting stuff, make sure to read it, I would just send a screenshot but I don't know how. Hopefully one of you guys knows something about this and can help me, I'd like to be able to get results like him, thanks guys,
I don't see anything there that is unusual technically. Most of the variations you see is a result of the wood structure ( eyes in burl, quilting) check out my Instagram.com/faith_forge_knives all the stabilized wood you see, I did. If you want to know how I did a particular piece, just message me.
