I'm a huge fanatic for stacked leather washer handles. The only thing better, is a Buck knife with a stacked leather washer handle!

I'm curious about what types and how many have been made.

I have the Buck 119 special made for the Cutlery Shoppe with the leather handle. LL Bean is now offering the Pathfinder and the Woodsman with a leather handle and Buck recently offered a limited edition 119 with a stacked leather washer handle.

What other fixed blade Bucks have been offered with factory-made stacked leather washer handles???

Just discovered this from BassPro - Buck® Leather Handle Fixed Blade Bowie Knife.
Is it really a Buck Knives made exclusive for BassPro?

Thank you!

Hi Flash,

Yep, Buck made these as a Special order for Bass Pro Shops.

This knife has tempted me many times, but the Bass Pro site shows a black sheath included. I would not want black, as the brown looks like a much better match. Sweet knife jb.

Unfortunately, on the BassPro website, one of the states they won't ship that knife to is California. I'm a bit outta luck for that one...

Any other stacked leather washer handle Bucks that anyone knows about aside from those I mentioned above???

Thanks!
Mike

Thanks for the kind words about this 916. A few of the forum folks here got these when they first came out and posted photo's. I have to say I was not fond of this leather handled knife. Then I went to BSP and saw what it looked like in person....sold! This knife looks 10 times better than in my photo..no kidding. A little info for you all. The coffin handle on this 916 is about 3/4" longer than the standard 916 handles.

Flash,
If you make the 1 hour drive from San Jose to Manteca; there is a Bass Pro Shop. No shipping issues and that is where I got mine:thumbup:
