dan, jerry's brother, made one out of infi with stacked micarta (I beleive it was also forged)
I don't know about stacked leather. the oldest I've seen was still either micarta, horn or paracord.

A bowie that Dan Busse (jerry's brother/proprietor of scrap yard knives) forged out of infi. I don't konw anymore details than that.
