Hello everyone. I am looking to buy a video or videos on staff fighting methods. I am aware of Kelly Worden's videos and Panther's,
but I was wondering if there were others out
there. Any information would be appreciated.
I am looking for videos dealing with Filipino
or Indonesian methods, primarily. Also, has anyone seen Worden's video's on the staff
(Sibat Long Pole)? What did you think of them? Thank you.

You might want to take a look at the Dos Manos system if you are looking at the 3-4 foot long staff (jo).

Whatever you do, practice, practice, practice.

videos on that, and is Dos Manos an arnis,
escrima, or Kali system?

The Scientific Fighting Congress sells videos on Dos Manos (web site: www.americanknifefighters.com). Dos Manos is a two handed stick fighting system that is a mixture of Filipino stick fighting (Arnis etc.), the Japanese Jo (4 ft staff), and military bayonet fighting. It is pretty awesome stuff.

i train with datu and have his sibat tapes,staff is not my best wepon,i prefer shorter sticks or knives.but kelly was given datu status for his staff work reworking arnis.ask him about it hes easy to talk to.from what ive seen, every video he does gets top reviews,only complaints are that its conceptual,tho real and so fast with so much information your brain hurts.anyway,email if you need more info
 
I second it...get Datu's tapes on SIBAT..they are brutal..LOL! Datu is very conceptual and he expects you to use your brain while you watch his tapes.....
