Could call this a fighter or Bowie knife?
My Damascus of 1095 and nickel that is San Mia with core of 1095 steel (my ribbon pattern) with a Damascus guard (san Mia) and wrought iron ferrule and skull crusher and butt plate of Damascus. The stag has good grip. Blade length is 8 7/8 inches and is a little over 3/16 inch thick and overall length is 14 1/2 inches. Black Walnut stand.

Now that's a heck of a hamon....lol....just kidding, of course. What a great knife! One of my favorite knives from any maker!! First rate. I love it, can you tell...

Bowie fighter whatever you call it that is one awesome knife! I have said it before I love your style/work. Keep it up.

You folks make me blush. Such kind words. Thanks.

Wow! Beautiful knife. The cutout near the ricasso is this your interpretation of the "Spanish Notch"? A nice package, I like it a lot. Keep up the fine work!

nice bowie man, i am 15 and am just getting into blade smithing and was curios on how you go about getting that ribbon effect with damascus steel? is it because of all the times you fold over the steel, cause some are close together and others are far apart like yours.

That knife is incredible! There is just something special about a quality stag handled blade, and that knife screams special.

It's just a knife;)

It is a privilege to see you work your magic in person.

I have never in my life met anybody so passionate about what they do for a living.
