I'm new to Blade Forums and have a question on stag care. I have recently bought a large Meriden CT slicer with stag handle. I don't know the age of this knife but it looks pretty old. The handle is intact, no craks at all but rather dirty. I would like to clean/polish it but have no idea how to do so. Your comments will be greatly appreciated.
