Stag Cigar Cutter

Hey friends! Long time no talk. I recently had a friend give this to me as a gift and although I do consider this to be possibly in the traditional category, some may not. So if not please correct me.
It is a Donatus Cigar Cutter in Stag from Solingen Germany. I though it was pretty cool. Wanted to see if anyone has any thoughts or info on it?
