Stag City Knife

I have been wanting to create a Loveless inspired City Knife for sometime and recently I got back into the shop and made this version.

This City Knife features CPM 154 SS, Stag scales, black G10 liners, nickel silver bolsters, 1/8" pins and a 1/4" thong tube. The leather sheath is covered in snake skin with a pig skin liner.

I wonder what species of snake that could be?? It looks like faux snakeskin to me. Not trying to bag on your beautiful work. In this case faux snakeskin is better. Because it is the entire sheath the faux material is much more durable. If not my bad!

The snake skin is real and its from a sea snake, which is an inexpensive hide. Sea snake skin is available in a variety of colors. The skin used on the sheath was purchased locally in Albuquerque from Cox fur and hide.
