While there are many knives with stag here in Europe, I've come to the conclusion stag would also fit on a Sebenza.
I have no idea why CR didn't yet come up with one, but i think there is a reason.
Probably we will see stag in the future, since all the discussion about ivory, that is going on these days.

I think I nice bit of "popcorn stag" would perhaps have worked on the larger one piece style Regular Sebenza inlays, but for a Mnandi or two piece Classic/21 style inlay you're missing out on the whole point of a nice gnarly bit of stag. It would probably go better on a fixed blade but that is going to have to be after market. It's not going to be my first choice for a handle material but I have no problems with stag and on the right knife it does look great.
