Stag discoloration

I have a couple of Hen & Rooster stag pocketknives. After carrying them for a while the dark part of the stag gets a greenish tinge to it in some spots. What can I use to remove this? It doesn't seem to affect all of my stag pocketknives but mostly the H&R's.
