Hello, so my dad was a hobby knife maker who passed away in 2009. Our family has kept his stag handle material, not knowing what to do with it (roughly 15 or so antler sections). I thought I heard these are not sellable (like ivory). I'm thinking they should just be thrown away, but didn't know if there is another option that may be appropriate? Any tips or thoughts appreciated.

Many people would like them...Don't throw them out.

I know I've wanted to try using some stag in builds if the price is right I'd be interested

Ok, thanks for response. I was afraid of violating any laws. I just posted the lot of 18 of them on eBay. Guess eBay will notify if any selling issues exist!

You can buy sections of elk antler from the pet store.

You can buy an entire whitetail mount. Mule deer, and exotic.
