I just finished this one up. It is 12" OAL and has a 7" blade forged from 1/4" 1084 and clay backed differential H/T. Sambar stag handle with 416, copper & elephant ivory spacers and an oval guard from 416 also..

Thanks for looking,

Steve

Much nicer in the second photo. I prefer stag that shows more valleys, but still think this one is a fine looking piece.

Nice knife Steve. Great looking fit and finish. Interesting subtle clip/false edge, and I like that fine cutting edge.

Congrats for having your takedown featured in the last issue of Blade.

Take care, Craig

Very nice piece Steve!

Also, as Craig said, Congrats on the feature in Blade. Speaking of ---After I read your article, I find myself wondering if this piece is a takedown, or what method you used to attach the end cap to the handle.

Thanks for sharing.
