Does anyone know of someone on here who could make a scale for my ZT0560 out of elk or stag accurately?

If you guys who want custom work done would post pictures of the knife you want modified, you might get a better reception.
We don't all know what an XZ4029DDP is-even if you think it's the greatest knife in the world. Pictures, manufacturer would really help you.

I am sure there are many here that are capable of doing this, myself included.
However, there a couple issues that would make this job challenging.
First and foremost, finding a piece of stag long enough would be difficult.
Stag is pretty common in 3.5" or 4" lengths.
I maybe wrong, but I do believe a 5" long piece would be needed here.
Secondly, true stag wont be very flat and will have a very uneven surface.
So, even if we can find a piece long enough and flat enough.
The uneven surface of the stag would mean the scale would need to be little thicker than the original scale.

I could do jigged bone or even pre-banned ivory. As for a little thicker I could live with that.

I'm a big fan of nice looking stag. But as others have mentioned, finding that large of a piece of stag and a flat one at it too would be rather hard and if you could it probably would be expensive.

I get that but I am willing to pay to get something done that I really want. I'm not blowing smoke I want this done I get that it wont be easy. Finding a scale to fit wont be easy either but I know it can be done. I will try to find the material my self and give it a shot.

Yeah I really like a well done piece of stag. What I look for in stag is rich colors and a nice matte finish with a translucent look sometimes. I really dislike super polished and shiny stag. I was looking at a #47 GEC in stag and the colors were insane and looked gorgeous. I looked as some of the other photos and it had an extremely polished finish that just wasn't captured in the first photo. yuck
