Just finished this one up for a customer. It is made out of W-2 with about a 4 1/4 cutting edge and is about 10 1/4 open. Has carbon steel bolsters with the "scorched earth" finish that I usually do on some neck knives.

Has .070 ti liners with a orange peel finish.

(sorry for the dust on the pics :) )

Thanks for checking it out.

Simply wonderful Michael. The integration of modern design and old-world concepts is astounding, like always. Keep it up! ;)

Super looking flipper, Michael! Really like your finish on the bolsters. Nice!

That's one of the nicest I have seen of yours Michael. The bolster finish matches the groove pattern in the stag. Great work!

This is one of the coolest folders I have ever seen.

Mike- I don't know if you ever got my email, but that is exactly the knife, (different materials) I was thinking about for a 'folding pruner'. Beats hell out of scissors! PM on the way!

Very nice folder. Though I love amber stag, there's so much of it used these days that I really enjoy seeing natural stag of this quality.

I have liked the several folders I have seen where the stag grooves were mimicked in the bolsters, and this is no exception. Seems execution/fit/finish is at a high level.

Don't really care for the combination traditional/razor blade profile though.

Really unique, and yet not unique just to be different. It's clearly a practical design, with form following function. I love it.

this knife has found a new home as my desktop wallpaper!
I love it!
