Stag Sticker

This is a knife that I finished today.
The blade is a wolftooth pattern damascus 8 1/2" long
Fittings are made from N/silver with file work.
The handle is a mortise style with silver pins.
This is the 1st try on stag with the penning of the pins
very nerve racking.

Monty , I use brass black by berchwood casey , it blackens most all non-ferous materails, Blackens or antiques,Brass ,bronze and copper.

Very nice Shawn.
Particularly like the light/dark contrast carried out through the handle/ferrule/guard.

A darn good looking knife. I really like the way the handle is pinned. The guard looks great, as does the steel and the stag.

Thanks guy's, Peter your right I noticed the 7th pin , the three all together look's a little clutterd. I should have put the 7th pin in the center between
the front & middle pins.
