stain/tarnish on polished finish Ti handle

I recently purchased a new 21 Sebenza with inlays. She looks great except the polished finished titanium handle area. There seems to be a stain/tarnish residue of some sort. Depending on the lighting conditions it does not appear that obvious. However in good lighting you can tell. I have tried wiping it down with Windex and WD-40 with a micro fiber cloth with little improvement. I was considering Fritz but wasn’t sure how it works on titanium. I don’t want to gamble on making matters worse. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

hmm could be oil/grease/hand grease
or at least that's what I've seen a few times in pics, the fingerprints make it look more "brown" or brass colour/golden

clean it with alcohol or nail polish, no oils, wd's....

otherwise, not sure, Ti should not rust/stain...
wouldn't use "agressive" solutions though

Thanks for the suggestions, I tried the rubbing alcohol first then the acetone on a small area, zero luck.... I contacted the vendor and he was willing to take it back. He also mentioned he would contact CRK and see what they could do.
