Was using my 110 I got for Christmas to cut up an apple for my daugher and myself to enjoy. I wiped the blade off with a paper towel and put it back in its sheath. The next day the brass bolsters were dark and looked stained. Will fruit juice do this to bolsters? How do I clean them and get them back nice and shiny?

Fruit juice, your natural skin oils, and many other things will stain the bolsters. Go out and buy a can of Brasso at your local hardware store. Brasso will bring your bolsters back to looking brand new.
