Stainless 240mm Chef knife

Heres on I just finished up for my brother from another mother, Dave

Its a ATS34 stainless steel Chefs knife 9 1/2 inch blade. RC 60/61
Red wood burl handles. Brass pins and a single mosaic with brass copper and stainless combination!

The Handle!! Beautiful material, I have never used this wood, The seller calls it red logwood. Its from South america and is very dense and naturally oily like cocobolo or ironwood. So it should be a perfect handle for a kitchen knife!

Im not use to taking pictures of SHINNY stuff. But these show off the handle and blade pretty good! I hope he likes it!

HB49 The blade is approx 2.5mm above the heel. Or in Inches .100" Thick. This one is a full blended grind with tapered blade.
