Stainless barstock ID help

I just snagged a bunch of bar stock from a knifemaker's estate sale. Most of it is marked, except for one bar. It is stainless, barely sparks at all on the grinder. Has no colors on the ends. 36 inch bar. Has "72271" on it in white paint pen. Any ideas? There was some o1, A2, D2, ATS-34, Cru-wear, and CPM 154 in the lot, so it's hard to narrow down what this one is.
 
For stainless first check with a magnet -if it's not magnetic it's a 300 series -austenitic.Colors mean little as each mill has different colors. 300 won't spark much.
 
Maybe 416 ? I don't have a piece to check but it's low carbon so shouldn't spark much . Someone check a piece.
