I am looking for some ladder or twist pattern stainless damascus to make some rings out of and I'm having a hard time finding what I need. Does anyone have some you want to sell? I need either 1 piece at least 1" x 2" x 1/4" or 2 pieces 1/4" x 1" x 1 1/4" and 1/8" x 1" x 1". So far between the supply houses and a couple different makers the nearest thing to what I need that I can find is 5/32" which they wont cut smaller than 6"=$150.00 when I only need 2" and have absolutly no use for the other 4". Texas Knife supply website says they sell by the inch but I haven't called them yet. Has anyone used the stainless damascus that Texas Knife Supply sells or seen finished product with it? How is the contrast? Any help here or suggestions would be greatly appriciated.
