Stainless delica and dragonfly is it possible to disassemble??

I don't see anywhere to adjust tension or how it's made... Is it epoxied together or what holds it??? Press fit?
 
They are riveted together and then the rivets are ground flush with the scales.
 
As I've learned from experience, it is possible to take nearly anything apart. Putting it back together is tougher of the two.
