Stainless fixed blade help

I was wondering if I could get some suggestions on a stainless fixed blade around 4.5"

I'd like some thing with micarta handles and will work for edc and some food prep, any recommendations welcome

Also wouldn't mind it being around 100

Cobalt N690 it's damn good stainless steel.

You might like the Kershaw Diskin Hunter. It's textured G10 instead of micarta, but the price is good and you might like the design enough to consider it.
