Hey guys. I've already had the Blackjack 155, but it felt a too small and neck knife-ish. Looking for something a bit beefier. Thanks.

Buck 105? Buck 102?

A Ragweed Forge puukko?

I think it would help if we knew what you want to use the knife for. "Beefier" does imply some heavy-duty work, but we have little else to work with.

Oh, yeah, sorry. :P Basically EDC. Something I can slip in my pocket or on my belt for basic tasks as well as light camp chores. I was considering a Fallkniven F1 also.

How about a Gerber Big Rock? Slim, lightweight, FFG, and fits on your belt nice and easy. It's not made in the USA, though, if you're into that kind of thing.

Eh, I'm not a big fan of Gerbers. I'll look it up, but based on Gerber history I bet it has serrations which I'm not a fan of. :P

Edit: looked it up, and I want some nicer stainless. At least VG10.

Gerber USa is very nice. It sjust the made in china and such crap I would stay away from. I had the ICON Tanto folder and the liner lock busted on me and almost cut my finger off. I will say this however, the company sent me a brand new one almost immediately.
