The quoted text below is from Schrade's warranty info page, linked above. If you contact them, most manufacturers are usually pretty good about sending a few screws to customers when asked (politely, of course :)). It's a pretty inexpensive way for them to foster customer loyalty, if nothing else.

"MISSING PARTS

To obtain missing parts such as clips and or screws please contact us 800-251-0254 ext 324."

I have read the screws that come on the knife rust easily and so I'm looking for stainless steel replacement screws.

This might be something worthwhile to ask Schrade (Taylor Brands) about anyway. At the very least, they should be able to provide the size & thread specs for screws they have, so you can run with that info in searching for replacements.

Might also wait & see if you have any of the same issues with yours. Sometimes the web commentary regarding rusting issues is overblown, or at least heavily influenced by how specific individuals use & maintain their own knives. Most rusting issues are easily controlled with regular maintenance and common-sense use. 95% of it just comes down to keeping a knife clean & dry on a regular basis, and oiled as needed.

And I would look into what material the threads are. If I'm not mistaken, It's not a good idea to mate SS With carbon threads.
Could cause galling as the SS is softer than the carbon.
Like I said I'm not that sure, perhaps someone else could ring in?
Cheers
