It looked like there was a stainless framed zing in a case under one of the 0560 pics. Am i seeing things or does this exist?

Sure looks like one to me, the only other thing it could be is one with grey handles. But it looks more like stainless.

I think that is the Zing 2 (not sure if the name is correct) prototype. I handled it at the show...about the same size as a Leek. Cool knife.

You're not seeing things. That is a stainless handled framelock Zing. It is a slightly larger version of the Zing with stainless handles, framelock, and speedsafe. MSRP will be $39.99

There will also be a new version of the Volt with the same construction and size.

Jim,

Is Zing 2 the correct name?

I heard China for the Zing 2 and the Volt III. I was hoping for those to be made in the USA, but honestly, their Chinese stuff is fine with me. I'm carrying a Scamp right now, and so far its kicked a OD-1, Skyline, ENERG-II, Spec Bump, and a BM lg Bone Collector out of my pocket (I still carry the OD-1 and Skyline occasionally). I'm hoping the Knockout and Piston will give this Scamp a run for its money though!

The Knockout looks to be a a great knife. The one I played with was the prototype with the aluminum handle. I'm pretty sure Thomas said the handle was going to be G-10. I don't recall handling a Piston.

Cool! I am definitely interested in the new Volt. Anybody have pictures of that?
