I don't know if I like stamping a design stand alone pic or not so I'm asking you fellas.

Mike, Looks real nice but it's not for me, but that's personal. Just border stamps IMO. Pete

My Buck 119 (or Western L66, depending on if the sheath is for a 5 or 6 inch blade) would be proud to call that sheath "home".

I think it looks great.

Do you have other stamps, such as Bear, Eagle, Deer, Buffalo, etc?

I have a few but was going to order some.

I can go either way. I have a boat load of those stamps, they go on sale all the time at Tandy's.

I voted for stamps but it depends. I like basket weave stamp and some of the "neutral" things like leaves, ducks, deer, etc. For some reason I'm not into skeleton/deathy kinds of things (no problem hunting, just feels like bad juju or whatever).

I tend to favor smaller stamps, just something to accent the piece not "own" it. But, I did own a feather stamped 110 belt sheath which was basically a big feather stamp and it really grew on me.

On the fence on this, but I really, really like the pine tree you did some time ago!!!

The stamp is ok but I don't like the border around it. That being said the overall quality of the sheath is fantastic.

Personally I'm not crazy about the stamp. Too cowboyish for me. Nothing against cowboy folks just not my cup of tea.

There I no art in using a readymade stamp that is the picture. If you drew the skull free hand then cut it and stamped it out. It would be art.

Putting a premade stamp like that on one of your sheaths is like putting a Sponge Bob sticker on a Rembrandt.

eveled makes a good point.Your work speaks for itself. Some border stamping is ok,but nothing else is really needed.

I like it (but I also like the mid 1960's "woodburned" checkering on Winchester rifles and shotguns (there is no accounting for taste). I would order some more, a mounted horse with a cowboy or indian, a grizzly bear, etc. - I think the stamps would give the sheath that 1950's & 1960's "look". OH
