Stan’s new Game Warden

I arrived home this afternoon after having the dogs with me in the back of the truck for a run. My wife came out laughing and said that Stan has had another package arrive.

Apparently the mail contractor has told them at the post office that Stan is a dog and often orders knives from America.

He’s not only feeding at the trough, he’s been getting packaged smoke pigs ears, dog tags and a lanyard to go with his new Game Warden. Thanks Scott and Vicky. At least he’s sharing his smoked pigs ears with his new girlfriend, but I doubt that he’ll be sharing the Game Warden. What a wonderful little hunting knife.

She’s an Australian Kelpie, we’ve only recently acquired her out a drovers plant, she was surplus to his needs.

We are using her to keep the Wallabies away from the plant nursery, a job that she is doing very well.

I was a little worried that Stan might be a little jealous of her, but he’s been the opposite.

She takes his trampoline bed off him and is first to his food dish, he just stands back like a gentleman and waits until she’s finished.

I think he would draw the line with his knives though.
