Standard G10 construction...

I intend to get a Standard G10 (again) before they become extinct. I don' t recall if its G10 scale texture has the same feel as the G10 Harpy. Also, does the Standard have the same solid steel spacer and liner as the Harpys and the Wegners? I hope so.

I believe the Standard has basically the same handle as the G10 Harpy, except that the spacer is shaped differently in the Harpy to accommodate the hawksbill blade. If that is the case, the texture of the G10 should be the same as well as the full length steel spacer.

The Standard is also available at The Knifecenter. According to their web page, both plain and serrated edges in stock.
