By the way. Its not just a matter of finding a source for stand offs and just ordering them because you like them. They have to be the correct height and the outside diameter must be such that it does not perf out from under the liners by overhanging off both once installed. Also, in the case of the Military the stand offs have to be threaded to allow for the knife to go back together the same way and if you intend to use the same screws then they need to be threaded for 2-56 size screws. If they are different than this you may not even be able to do it without permanent modification by enlarging holes or increasing the size of the 82 degree recess for both sides of the folder.
Placing stand offs in the knife the wrong height can affect how the lock works and it can even prevent it from working or change how far it travels, lead to up and down blade play or binding up more as well as cause pivot screw issues by putting a bind on the barrel causing the screw to untighten itself repeatedly and even make the action weird feeling where its easy starting out/or harder and harder closing or easier depending on how you end up once they are placed in the knife. You need to be sure the new stand offs are the same height as the ones in there now.
