I've done a little looking around but haven't had much success finding an answer.
Where can I get standoffs for my Emersons?
Also looking for some phosphor bronze washers.
Anyone know where I can get these? Someone out there has to offer kits or something...

Thanks.

Do u have a backspacer currently? If so the standoffs will not work without drilling and modifying your knife.

Measure the thickness, internal diameter, external diameter of the washer and search on Knifekits.com or any other company that sells knife making parts. The standoff thing is tougher as already mentioned if you have a back spacer you would need to do some tweaking, starting by measuring the distance between the 2 liners. There is a guy overseas that makes them, as well as replacement pivots. He's a maker here on Bladeforums.

Issue is that the holes in the handle do not pass through to the other side. Take a look at the handle and you will see.

If you are not adverse to eBay... you might try seller.... blue4you2010... eBay item number:171555727118

You can probably get the standoffs directly from Emerson. Just so the OP author understands that they will not just bolt on to a backspacer model.

If you look at the screws on the handle of a backspacer model you will see that on one side the screw will pass through the first layer of G-10, then the scale, then the backspacer and then screw into the opposite liner. All the screws work that way. This is why when you compare the screw placement from one side to the other side of a backspacer model the screws do not line up. Typically there are 4 screw total, 2 on one side and 2 on the other. That is why the standoffs will not work on a backspacer model.

On the current production Emerson with the Standoffs you will see that all the screws pass through and use the standoffs for the screws to screw into. On those models you will see all 4 screws on both sides.

Ah, I spaced the fact that the current spacer has offset screws. :o
I'll take a look around for the spacers on ebay and a few other options you all suggested and measure up the washers for PB replacements. Not a big deal, just looking for something to play with during the winter boredom.
Thanks again.

The washers that come standard with Emersons are 0.030" thick, 0.25" ID. Some have the same sized washers on both sides (0.50" OD), and some models will have a smaller washer for the non-locking side with the detent (0.375" OD I think). If you're lucky, usaknifemaker will have them in stock. You can also go with 0.015" thickness x 2 on each side.

If you have a backspacer, I would just leave it. If you have standoffs and want different ones, gnoleb has them. If you really want standoffs to replace your backspacer, look for non-threaded ones that fit 2-56 screws and are 0.185" thick (width).

I'm going to leave the back spacer as is but I do want to play around with the pb washers to smooth the opening a little. Just experimenting a little is all and as long as I'm taking it apart to carbidize the lock I might as well have some washers on hand at the same time.

Gooeytek thank you for the very helpful information on washer sizing for Emarsons, this will definitely be useful to me.....as far as the standoffs go, bf member GNOLEB sells them, i have them on my mini commander and mini cqc7. I have Journeyman in the mail and i will be going back for more. His standoffs are titanium, anodized several different colors. You will NOT be disappointed with his service or product.
