Stanley Premium Polish Paste

Does anybody use Stanley Premium Polish Paste on their carbon steel knives?

I used it on a couple of custom fixed blade users this weekend, and it cleaned them up real nice.

I know lots of folks like to keep a Patina on their knives, and but polishing it away, it was nice to see the shiny steel again.

Is this the same stuff as Metal Glo?

Sorry, I don't have the tube in front of me, to state what the ingredients are.

Looking @ the Tube, the Ingredients include:

Petroleum distillates (less then 24%)
Ammonium hydroxide (less then 2%)

Since I haven't found via Search, anybody's use of this brand, I am curious, if it is the same as other, more popular products (like Metal Glo, Flitz, Simichrome, etc.)

I've got Metal Glo and Flitz but neither of them list ingredients.

Is it an abrasive? Sounds like a solvent with the petrol distillates and ammonia.
