Star Ruby Pommel

I recently acquired a low gem-quality (if it was high gem-quality, it would be in the Smithsonian, not in my grubby hands) star ruby, 215 carats. It's far too big for mounting in an ordinary piece of jewelry but would make a killer pommel stone in a custom dagger or exotic knife. Can anyone suggest a top-quality knifesmith that they would recommend for me to approach? Thanks again for your replies.
