It's amazing what George Lucas gets his paws into. That guy is making sooooooooo....ooooo..oooo much money from the merchandise off of star wars. Wonder if he has made more off that stuff yet then the actual movies? I know he is far better off then his superior director friend, Steven Spielburg.

Of course he does. That's why he's so rich. Part of his original deal with the studio was that he retained all merchandising rights instead of the studio. Probably one of the most lucrative business decisions of the 20th century.
