Starbenza Question

Greetings!

I sold the only small Sebenza I had today, so of course I need another. Thinking about getting a small Starbenza. I noticed that Wilson Combat lists the blades at 58-59 HRC on their site, and I know that CRK didn't update the cards for a while, but I haven't found a single Starbenza birth card online that's been updated, regardless of year.

Are these all new-old stock from before the change, or are they making fresh ones at 59-60? Anyone have a recent DOB Starbenza that could chime in?

It depends how long it's been sitting on the shelf. I recently bought a LH 25 that has the updated HC.
Don't forget CRK changed their HC in 2013. So, chances are you'll get the tweaked HC

 
I have an August 25, 2015 with a birth card that says 58-59. I feel pretty confident its a new one with the higher RC though because it has the new milling on the lock side scale.

I wasn't aware that there were differences in Starbenzas. What's this milling on the lock side scale?
