Start new discussion?

I'm using this on an iPad . Not clear how I start a new discussion within a given group.

You just did. The screen is no different on an iPad than it is on a Mac or PC. Where is said discussion being started?

ETA: If you are trying to start a "discussion" in the sales areas, depending on which one, you may need to have a paid membership.
